Job summary

Excalibur Academies Trust is seeking an Admissions and Transitions Lead at St John's Marlborough to drive the student journey from initial enquiry through to secondary school entry.

You will ensure all statutory admissions requirements are met, provide guidance to families, and coordinate KS2-3 transition events with supportive colleagues and SLT. The role offers a collaborative, values-driven environment within a forward-looking trust.

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are compliant, including all related documentation
  • Provide advice and guidance
  • Support parents through the admissions process including appeals
  • Support the transition process from KS2-3
  • Co-ordination and support of KS3&4 events

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the student journey at St John's. You'll be the driving force behind our admissions and transition processes, ensuring every prospective family receives outstanding support and every new student experiences a seamless start to their secondary education.

Your key priorities will be:
