What impact could your organisational and administrative skills have on the success of our pupils and community?
If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, where every day brings a new challenge – then we have a wonderful opportunity for you at St Andrew's.

St. Andrew's is a Christian values-led, highly popular school and nursery in the heart of Kettering and is part of the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust (PDET). We're proud of the way children not only make great progress in their learning, but also how we take such pride in developing our children's character and behaviour. Children are at the heart of every decision we make as we strive to serve and better our community.

We are proud to be recruiting for an exceptionally efficient, professional and organised Administrator, to provide a clerical, financial and executive service to the school. This is a role where no two days are the same!

By working with children, staff, parents, school forum members and trust partners, the role of the administrator will be involved in all aspects of school life. You will work with a focused and conscientious attitude, committed to providing an effective service that prioritises communication, management, and confidentiality. We would therefore expect our new Administrator to uphold and promote this vision and our values.

We have high expectations for ourselves and for our pupils. We are proud of our positive culture, strong values and commitment to continuous improvement. We are looking for an Administrator who shares these ambitions, and who will help us maintain the exceptional standards our community deserves.

  • A school that believes in kindness, love and Christian values that underpins our approach to the whole school community.
  • An exciting opportunity to work within an aspirational SLT team that want to embrace your talents and skills.
  • Excellent CPD through being part of the Peterborough Diocesan Academy (PDET)
