University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Discharge and Transfer Team administrator to provide essential administrative support within the patient journey. The role is based at Queen's Hospital Burton and involves 37.5 hours per week.
You will handle queries and perform general administrative tasks, supporting a senior team and maintaining accurate records and supplies in line with Trust policies.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and forward thinking Discharge and Transfer Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
You will require strong communication skills as you will be working as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team. You will be required to demonstrate sensitivity and discretion.
This post is for 37.5 hours per week. This will be based at Queen's Hospital Burton.
