Job summary

FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive Administrator to join our Court Work Team at the Brentwood office. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in insolvency casework who wants to progress their career in a structured, client‑facing environment.

You will work on a portfolio of insolvency cases, drafting statutory documents, liaising with directors and creditors, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Mathematics 'B (7)' grade or above preferable
  • Relevant insolvency professional qualifications preferred
  • Relevant case experience preferred
  • Technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insolvency case management systems (e.g. IPS)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
