A well-established healthcare practice in Chelmsford is seeking a full-time administrator to support the team and enhance patient service delivery. The role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and processing various types of information. An organized and adaptable individual with strong IT skills and attention to detail is preferred. Prior experience in primary care is a plus. An opportunity has arisen for a new administrator at Baddow Village surgery for a administration/receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The role is mainly within the admin team but may be required to cover reception when there are staff shortages. The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team.
