Nuclear Restoration Services is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Decommissioning Programme Plant & Structures team. You’ll organise data, manage records and coordinate information flow to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, arrange meetings, assist with procurement and ensure accurate documentation. Strong MS Office skills and a proactive approach are essential.
Are you looking for a role where your organisational skills can make a real impact on major decommissioning projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and where your support helps keep critical work moving forward safely and efficiently? At Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS), we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator to join our Decommissioning Programme Plant & Structures team. This is an opportunity to become a key part of a programme that is delivering important decommissioning work, ensuring project teams have the information, coordination and administrative support they need to succeed. If you enjoy working with people, managing priorities and bringing structure to complex activities, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your career in a unique and purpose-driven environment.
As Project Administrator, you’ll be at the centre of project activity, providing essential support that keeps the team operating effectively and efficiently. You’ll be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries, helping to resolve issues, coordinate activities and ensure accurate information is available when it’s needed most. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organised will be crucial in maintaining project records, documentation and databases that support informed decision-making across the programme.
Working closely with colleagues, contractors and supply chain partners, you’ll help coordinate a wide variety of administrative and procurement activities while ensuring meetings, documentation and communication processes run smoothly. Your contribution will enable project teams to focus on delivering key decommissioning objectives while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
We’re seeking an organised, dependable and customer-focused administrator who enjoys helping others succeed. You’ll be someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, remain calm under pressure and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be building relationships with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders across the programme.
To be successful, you’ll have proven administrative experience and be educated to A Level standard, or equivalent. You’ll possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the confidence to work accurately with data, documents and reporting requirements. Experience gained within a technical, engineering or finance environment would be beneficial, but more important is your ability to stay organised, demonstrate initiative and adapt to changing priorities within a busy project setting.
If you’re looking for a role where your organisational expertise will be valued and where you’ll play an important part in supporting projects that make a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you.
