Administrator - Legal Team - 4 days a week!
Join our client, a prominent Union representing and supporting workers across all sectors of the UK economy, as an Administrator for their Legal Team.
Role: Office Administrator (Legal Team)
Working Hours: 4 days a week, 9am - 5pm (initially office-based, then a hybrid 2 days from home)
Location: North London
Pay: £13.85 per hour
Length of assignment: Ongoing
Dress Code: Business Casual
Responsibilities
As a valued member of their Legal Team, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks, including:
Drafting and sending letters
Creating and updating files on the Case Management System (CMS) Clio ️
E-filing and monitoring the email inbox
Keeping files on CMS up to date
Updating Finance department with invoices and filing invoices
Maintaining accurate spreadsheets recording files, settlements, and matter types
️ Managing the Legal Team's calendar with hearings and limitations
Collating figures for reports
Compiling bundle indexes and bundles
Answering phone calls and email queries for the legal department ️
Assisting with department meeting minutes and arranging meetings
️ Closing files and providing administrative support
Assisting Legal Officers with other tasks as required
Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience as a team administrator
Proven verbal and written communication skills
️ Strong organisational abilities and multitasking skills
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Suite ️
