BBL Property recruitment Ltd is seeking an Insurance Administrator for a hybrid role in Southend on Sea. You will support the insurance and broader property finance functions within the Finance Team, coordinating with brokers and handling resident inquiries.

Qualifications

• Insurance background or knowledge is preferred but training will be provided in-post.
• Strong administrative, IT and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support related to insurance and property finance matters.
• Place Buildings Insurance cover across a portfolio of properties, coordinating with brokers and claims handlers.
• Answer resident queries and disputes, primarily insurance-related, with some Ground Rent/Service Charge issues.
• Issue invoices, process payments, and assist with arrears recovery.

Insurance Administrator – Southend on Sea (Hybrid) - £excellent

We’re working with a major Property Services company based in Southend on Sea, Essex.

Within their Finance Team, they are looking to hire an Insurance Administrator / Insurance Associate as follows:

• Hybrid working (2 days per week WFH), 3 days per week reporting into a Southend on Sea office with free parking
• Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, providing administrative support in relation to insurance and wider property finance matters
• Responsible for placing Buildings Insurance cover across a portfolio of property, working closely with brokers and claims handers to ensure policy suitability in terms of cost and cover
• Answering resident queries and disputes, predominantly insurance related, but also touching on Ground Rent and Service Charge matters.
• Issuing invoices, processing payments, and recovering arrears
• Property and/or insurance background preferred, but training provided in-post
• Good admin, IT and communication skills essential
