Job summary

Birmingham Women’s Fertility Centre at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an exciting administrative opportunity. You will work closely with our Science Team while being integrated within our Administrative structures, supporting day-to-day operations and patient processes.

The successful candidate will bring strong administrative, clerical and communication skills and demonstrate a keen interest in fertility and healthcare.

We invite applications for the exciting opportunity within the Birmingham Women’s Fertility Centre at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.

The Fertility Centre has been providing exceptional care to couples and individuals experiencing fertility problems for over 40 years and is regionally, nationally and internationally recognised for its infertility care and research. We are an expert team employing a holistic approach to treatment. We are the only specialist fertility centre in the Midlands licensed to provide a full range of services from diagnosis of infertility to specialist fertility surgery, assisted conception treatment and have a nationally leading pre-implantation genetic diagnosis service.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative, clerical and communication skills and show a keen interest in our area. You will work closely with our Science Team whilst also being integrated within our Administrative structures.

The Fertility Department generally shut down for a period of time in December and there is an expectation that staff save up sufficient annual leave to cover this period.
