Think Specialist Recruitment is recruiting for a temporary data entry project in Telford TF1 area. The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, starting ASAP for around five months. You will handle data entry, document scanning, logging information, organising paperwork and updating employee records. NDA will be required before starting.
The position offers weekly pay and a holiday accrual of 13.00 per hour, with potential for ongoing work during the HR system transition.
Are you available to start a temporary data entry project ASAP?
We're looking for someone to support a busy data cleansing and administration project for a business based in Telford, specifically within the TF1 area, as they prepare for the implementation of a brand-new HR system in February.
There is a huge volume of employee data and physical documentation that needs to be reviewed, cleansed, updated and organised ahead of the changeover. You'll be supporting the team with a variety of data entry and general administration tasks, including scanning documents, logging information, organising paperwork, securely destroying documents where required and updating employee records.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or school leaver looking to gain some valuable office administration experience, or someone who enjoys organised, process-driven work and is happy getting stuck into a busy data entry project.
The role is on a temporary basis, paying 13.00 per hour + holiday accrual, with weekly pay. The position will start ASAP and is expected to be ongoing, with the potential for around five months of work and possibly the opportunity to support the business further during the transition to its new HR system.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Due to the nature of the project and the volume of physical paperwork involved, this will be a fully office-based position in Telford.
Please note that due to the type of project this is, the successful candidate will be required to sign an NDA before commencing any work.
This is a very admin-heavy, data entry-focused project, supporting the business in getting its employee records and documentation ready for a major HR system change.
You'll be scanning and logging documents, organising physical records, updating employee information, cleansing existing data and ensuring everything is accurate, up to date and ready for the transition. You'll need to be comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks and working through a high volume of information, with accuracy and attention to detail being key.
Previous office administration experience would be beneficial, but it's certainly not essential. We'd be very happy to hear from graduates, school leavers or anyone looking to gain valuable experience in an office environment.
