We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant who has strong clerical and administrative skills, excellent communication and telephone etiquette, with a good track record of customer service.
Working as the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant, you will join a friendly, fast-paced team to help with the day-to-day Customer Service and Reception duties whilst supporting the Sales and Business Development team with a variety of responsibilities.
As the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant, your excellent organisational skills will help you handle incoming and outgoing mail, conduct data entry, and maintain accurate client records.

DUTIES
As an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer inbound calls and build rapport with customers
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with organising meetings and events
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, etc.
- Perform assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the sales team in all administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service as you will become a main point of contact for the customer
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an Administrative & Customer Service role
- Strong clerical and admin skills
- Strong inter-personal and verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent track record of customer service
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Able to be fully office-based from the premises in Isleworth (TW7)
- Maintain a positive attitude to work
- Punctual, highly motivated and enthusiastic
BENEFITS
- Paying circa £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
