Job Description:

The role holder will support service delivery to UK corporates under the supervision of the line manager. Responsibilities include understanding client portfolios, risk awareness, relationship management, and preparing statutory documents for signature following internal processes.

The role involves understanding company and fund structures, corporate governance, compliance, and supporting projects like AGMs and corporate actions.

This position offers an opportunity for those with basic administration and company secretarial experience to develop their careers, with support to undertake the CGI qualification.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Providing administrative support to the London Company Secretarial and Governance Team.
  • Preparing board packs and attending meetings with administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintaining records for committees and boards.
  • Handling banking administration duties, including account opening procedures.
  • Organising and updating meeting calendars.
  • Assisting with statutory filings and record management.
  • Client KYC and AML procedures.
  • Supporting senior team members to deliver tasks within scope and timescales.
  • Managing administrative matters and office administration tasks.
  • Assisting with billing, cash collection, and debtors processes.
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • A degree 2:1 or equivalent is desirable.
