OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Administrator to support office operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will organise meetings, handle correspondence and maintain office supplies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy and patience with customers, and strong problem‑solving abilities. Experience in customer service is preferred, with a proactive, organised approach and reliable, punctual work

About The Role:
Working Pattern

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 12:00

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will organise meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain office supplies, contributing to an efficient and productive work environment.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
