A social housing organisation is looking for a proactive Administrator to join their Repairs Planning team. In this role, you will support the scheduling of repairs, manage operative diaries, and ensure excellent customer service. Previous experience in social housing and strong organisational skills are essential. This is a full-time, office-based position offering an hourly rate of £17 - £18 via Umbrella, with a temporary contract lasting 3 months.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to provide additional support to the Repairs Planning team during a busy period. This is a hands‑on, office‑based role working closely with Planning Officers to ensure repairs are scheduled efficiently and residents receive an excellent service.
This Administrator role offers an hourly rate between £17 - £18hr via Umbrella.
Manchester is easily commutable for this role, with excellent road links via the M60, M56 and M62, as well as strong public transport connections including buses and nearby tram and train services.
