Job summary

Loughborough University is seeking an ambitious and inspiring Senior Coach Development Officer to design and deliver coach development programmes and create clear coaching pathways for our student workforce.

You will help students gain the skills, confidence and experience to succeed in coaching and the wider sport sector, while contributing to a thriving coaching culture within Loughborough Sport. Experience in coach development or mentoring coaches is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in coach development, coach education or mentoring coaches.
• Ability to design and deliver coach development programmes.
• Interest in supporting student sport coaching workforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impactful coach development programmes for students and staff.
• Build coaching pathways to help students gain skills and experience to succeed in coaching.
