Loughborough University is seeking a Premises Officer to join our Estates & Facilities Management team. You will support the maintenance and upkeep of academic buildings on campus and provide a responsive, professional service.

Part of Estates & Facilities Management, the Domestic Services Team provide a range of essential services which contribute towards creating a secure and clean environment for work and study.
We are looking for a Premises Officer to join our team of staff who are responsible for providing a responsive and professional service to maintain and upkeep academic buildings on campus. Applicants will need to be flexible, reliable and have a practical nature.
The position currently available is for 37 hours per week, on 5 over 7, open ended contract. Shifts are worked on a split shift basis, typically starting at 6:00am (five days per week) with the second shift starting at 5:00pm (4 days per week).
Within this position you will be occasionally required to work at weekends.
