We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrable experience in an administration, business support, office coordination or receptionist role Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing and reviewing documents Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience working in a customer‑facing environment and delivering excellent service Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism A positive, flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to support colleagues across a variety of tasks
