Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited in Preston supports operational teams to ensure Streetworks activities comply with NRSWA requirements and statutory timescales are met.

As Administrator you will log and process enquiries, permits and notices, maintain records in real time, monitor progress, liaise with authorities and clients, and produce reports. Full training on the Symology system is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or a similar role is desirable.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to streetworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log and process Streetworks enquiries, permits, notices and defect reports.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with real-time progress, permit statuses and completion information.
• Monitor and track Streetworks activities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company deadlines.
• Liaise with local authorities, clients, contractors and internal departments regarding Streetworks activities and updates.
• Produce reports and maintain spreadsheets to monitor work volumes, permit performance and operational trends.
• Support the coordination and scheduling of Streetworks activities where required.
• Utilise the Symology system to process and manage Streetworks permits, notices and related activities (full training will be provided).
• Ensure all documentation is completed, recorded and filed in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
• Assist with monitoring KPIs and identifying recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.

Description

To support operational teams by ensuring Streetworks activities are carried out in compliance with NRSWA requirements, and all statutory timescales are met, minimising financial risk to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track Streetworks activities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company deadlines.
