You will coordinate occupational health referrals, support clinicians, and liaise with customers to ensure a high-quality service in a busy, customer-focused environment.

You will play a key role in coordinating occupational health management referrals, supporting clinicians, liaising with customers, and ensuring the smooth administration of occupational health case management services. Based in our Cheshire office, this is a wonderful opportunity for an administrative professional to drive customer excellence and maintain and develop relationships with our internal and key customer stakeholders within the Occupational Health space.
Be a confident user of Microsoft 365 suite and in using bespoke CRM systems. Experience with document auditing. Experience in a customer service-focused role. Can commute to Cheshire’s OH office daily.
