Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an Administrator to work closely with the Local Management team, providing administrative support to ensure efficient working practices on the contract. The role emphasises organisation, customer care and timely handling of correspondence.

The successful applicant will manage calendars, organise meetings, prepare documentation, and support HR and Health & Safety tasks, with strong attention to detail and proficient MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide local administrative support to all managers.
  • Maintain central calendars, organise meetings, provide supportingDocumentation and minutes if required.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • General office e-filing and photocopying.
  • Collect and provide information to HR (immigration audits, new employee paperwork).
  • Collate health and safety information audits, risk assessments and monthly/incident reports.
  • Monitor procurement/supply chain information.
