Job summary

Sigma is seeking a highly organised Take-Off Administrator to join our growing team in the UK. You will support the take-off function by ensuring project information, quantities and documentation are processed accurately and on time.

You will collaborate with the Take-Off Team Leader, estimators and suppliers to maintain data, support preparation, and help deliver projects from enquiry to completion.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English at minimum level C/4 or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with data entry and administration.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Assist with preparation, administration and management of take-off information for projects.
  • Monitor progress of take-off activities and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain project data on bespoke systems and databases.
  • Assist with processing and validation of project quantities and documentation.
  • Support meetings and calls with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with estimating, commercial and operational teams to support delivery.
  • Identify discrepancies or data issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Produce reports and provide administrative support for the Take-Off Team.

Outline of role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Take-Off Administrator to join our growing team.


Reporting to the Take-Off Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the take-off function by ensuring project information, quantities and documentation are accurately processed and maintained. Working closely with the Team Leader, estimators, project teams and suppliers, you will help ensure that take-offs are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.


You will be responsible for maintaining project data, supporting the preparation and management of take-off information, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of projects from enquiry through to completion.


This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to build positive working relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Main Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Support the preparation, administration and management of take-off information for projects.

  • Monitor the progress of take-off activities and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Update and maintain accurate records and project data on bespoke systems and databases.

  • Produce reports and provide administrative support for the Take-Off Team as required.


Knowledge And Experience Required


  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and Teams.

  • Strong data input and administration experience.

  • Experience supporting a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.

  • Previous administrative experience within a similar environment is desirable.

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise your own workload.
