The team and role
The A&M Insight Center is the firm’s rapidly growing research and benchmarking division. Its mission is to provide professionals and client executives with relevant, industry-specific, actionable, fact-based insights through proprietary benchmarking and research studies globally. The Insight Center supports client work and business development with products including custom studies, subscriptions, and resources.
The Center manages the firm’s multi-million dollar research subscription portfolio, comprising over 200 subscriptions. Responsibilities include managing contracts from renewal negotiations to invoice payments and inquiries. The role involves managing all aspects of the firm’s research subscriptions on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model in London.
