Job summary

BITHUMB LABS PTE. LTD. is hiring for an Administrative Research Associate to turn user feedback into actionable recommendations. You’ll train in research methods, work with cross-functional teams, and help shape user experiences across digital products.

No prior experience is required; we’ll provide training on research methods, tools, and frameworks. This is a 100% remote role with strong team support and growth paths.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English; you can summarize findings clearly.
• Empathy and curiosity about how people use digital products.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Legally able to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or PR only).

Responsibilities

• Gather user feedback from reviews, surveys, support tickets, social media, and community forums.
• Code and tag qualitative feedback to identify recurring pain points and unmet needs.
• Summarize user sentiment and track how it shifts over time.
• Review digital products against UX and usability best practices.
• Benchmark competitor and industry-leading products, noting what they do well.
• Write concise research reports with prioritized, actionable recommendations.
• Help plan and run user interviews and usability tests (scheduling, note-taking, synthesis).
• Maintain a research repository of insights, personas, and best practices.
• Present findings to the team and, with training, to the businesses we work with.

About the Role

As a Administrative Research Associate, you’ll the voice of the user. You’ll dig into reviews, feedback, and support tickets to understand what real people love, struggle with, and ask for, then turn that into clear recommendations that make digital products easier to use.

No prior experience is required. If you’re curious about people and good at making sense of messy information, we’ll train you on research methods, tools, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather user feedback from reviews, surveys, support tickets, social media, and community forums
• Code and tag qualitative feedback to identify recurring pain points and unmet needs
• Summarize user sentiment and track how it shifts over time
• Review digital products against UX and usability best practices

• Coursework or degree in psychology, design, communications, IT, sociology, or business
• Experience in research, customer support, or content roles
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Airtable, Miro, Figma, Dovetail, or Maze
• Basic understanding of UX principles and accessibility
• Experience working remotely

Training and Support

Standard Benefits
