Support Business Operations in a Fast-Paced Consulting Environment

Tetra Tech has an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Legal Team in Abingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting business operations across our Consulting business units while working within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

This position offers flexible working arrangements, with consideration given to both full-time and four-day-per-week working patterns. As part of a collaborative team, you will provide essential administrative support, helping to manage processes, systems and procedures, and coordinate documentation across the business.

Purpose & Scope of the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Team, acting as a central point of coordination for legal requests and enquiries. You will help ensure that contracts, legal documentation and governance processes are managed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with company procedures.

You will be responsible for managing workflows, maintaining legal records and supporting contract review activities through our contract lifecycle management systems. Working closely with legal professionals and stakeholders across the business, you will help progress matters promptly while delivering a high standard of service to internal clients.

The role combines structured administration, stakeholder engagement, process management and problem solving. From supporting contract execution through to maintaining legal systems, you will contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Legal Team while gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial and operational activities.

Your Impact in this Position

Your contribution will help ensure that legal requests are managed efficiently, contractual processes remain compliant and critical business activities are supported by effective administration. By maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation and supporting workflows, you will enable the Legal Team to deliver responsive and commercially focused support across the organisation.

In the short term, you will develop a strong understanding of internal processes, systems and business requirements while becoming a trusted point of contact for enquiries. As your experience grows, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, support new technologies and help streamline operations through efficient administration and effective stakeholder engagement.

Over time, you will become a key contributor to the team's operational success, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping strengthen the delivery of services across the business. Your attention to detail, reliability and proactive approach will play an important role in maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and customer service.
