Claydon High School in Ipswich is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Student Services to support the smooth operation of student-focused programmes. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year (term-time plus PD days), with a salary of £21,934 per annum.
You will be the main point of contact for first aid and oversee the day-to-day running of the medical room, helping students be the best they can be.
Working pattern: 8.am – 4pm, Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3.30pm Friday (with a daily 30-minute unpaid break).

Claydon High School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of student focused programmes. This role is key to ensuring students receive timely, accurate and helpful support throughout their school journey. You will also act as the main point of contact for first aid and oversee the day-to-day running of the medical room.

Claydon High School is a popular, oversubscribed and friendly comprehensive school on the outskirts of Ipswich; we are situated close to the A14 with easy transport links across Suffolk and into Essex. We are a small school with 775 students on roll which means that there is a close working relationship with all the staff and students in the school.
