Job responsibilities

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. All applicants must submit a CV and a cover letter explaining why they are suitable for this role. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered. The closing date is 25th June 2025, but early applications are encouraged as we may close the vacancy early if sufficient applications are received. This is a part-time, fixed-term role until March 2026, requiring 22.5 hours weekly between 9 am and 5 pm.

Person Specification
Qualifications
  • Maths and English at C grade or above (or equivalent)
  • Successful candidates will need to provide references for the past three years and undergo an enhanced DBS check if successful
Experience
  • Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within business support or office administration
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands independently and handle workload efficiently
  • Passion for our work with a positive, engaging attitude
