About the Role

Our Mind and Body Service is Faversham is seeking an Administrative Assistant, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Do you pride yourself on great organisation skills, with an eye for detail and a methodical ‘can do’ attitude? If yes, then we would love to hear from you.

Mind and Body is an early intervention programme supporting 13-25 year olds around self-harming and risk taking behaviours, in order to help them achieve positive outcomes. This is a part-time, fixed term role, until March 2026. You will be expected to work 22.5 hours a week between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Answer phone calls from families, young people and professionals
  • Process referrals
  • Schedule appointments
  • Send letters
  • Take minutes for team meeting

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a similar role, ideally within a business support or office function. You will have excellent IT skills and have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that you are able to manage competing/conflicting demands on your own initiative and are comfortable managing your own workload. Applicants should also have Maths and English at C grade or above (or equivalent). Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach.
