The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Administrative Support worker to join the Children's Occupational Therapy team. You will work at Regent Point, providing essential administrative help and helping manage referrals and case records.

The role requires good Excel reporting skills, familiarity with NHS IT systems, and the ability to follow procedures while delivering excellent customer service within a busy environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in an administrative/secretarial environment.
• NHS experience desirable.
• Experience collating/presenting information in Excel reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Children's Occupational Therapy team.
• Develop robust methods for recording, managing and tracking referrals.
• Support the delivery of rehabilitation services across RVI/Freeman NHS sites.
• Use IT platforms such as System1, ELMS, Carefirst, Egress and Excel reports to manage data.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills in a busy team.
