As our Administration Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our customers and engineering team. You’ll play a vital role in scheduling planned and reactive maintenance requests while providing exceptional customer service.
? What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling calls, emails, and messages from clients and engineers.
Booking and scheduling service calls & maintenance appointments.
Managing engineers’ diaries and ensuring efficient scheduling.
Preparing quotes, order confirmations, and essential documents.
Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

? Experience in administration, customer service, or scheduling (bonus if you know Sage 50!).
