Redkite Solicitors in Pembroke is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our administration function. This back-office role focuses on processing correspondence, ensuring documents are uploaded to the correct systems, and managed in a timely and compliant way.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, accurate, and a reliable team player who can help colleagues stay efficient. 35 hours per week, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with start date ASAP.

This is primarily a back-office support role. You’ll focus on the efficientprocessing and management of incoming correspondence, ensuring documents arehandled accurately, uploaded to the correct systems, and managed in a timelyand compliant way.
