Christ the King Voluntary Academy in Arnold, Nottingham, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a permanent part-time role (22.5 hours/week, term time only). You will support front-office duties, liaise with parents and staff, and uphold a friendly, professional presence.
The salary is £13,005–£13,418 per annum, within the OLOL Band 2, with pension and CPD benefits. The role emphasizes accuracy, planning, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.
