  • Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of all trainee information on the training database (Intrepid – training provided).
  • Support the planning and execution of school events, including room bookings, liaison with event leads, ordering catering, processing invoices, and providing on-the-day operational support (meet & greet, refreshments).
  • Undertake data collection, data inputting, and data cleaning tasks.
  • Monitor and manage a busy email inbox and phone line on a rota basis.
  • Provide overall administrative support to the wider team and stakeholders, working collaboratively as part of an administrative pool.
  • Competently use Microsoft IT packages, particularly Word, Excel, Planner, Forms, and Outlook (training on internal systems will be provided).
