Job summary

Ysgol Gymraeg Nant Caerau is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role provides essential administrative support, maintains pupil records, and monitors attendance, working with families and external agencies to promote positive outcomes for all pupils.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, IT-literate and able to handle sensitive information with discretion, contributing to a friendly Welsh-language school community.

Salary: Pay Scale 4, Points 6-11 (£25,989-£28,142) Pro Rata

Hours: 32.5 per week (39 weeks per year)

Start Date: As soon as possible (ASAP)

The Governing Body of Ysgol Gymraeg Nant Caerau wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Ysgol Gymraeg Nant Caerau is a caring, inclusive and ambitious Welsh-medium primary school at the heart of its community. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support for the school, maintain accurate pupil records, monitor attendance and punctuality, and work closely with families, staff and external agencies to promote positive outcomes for all pupils.
