Administration Team Leader

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,222 per annum

Who are Medequip Connect?

Medequip Connect provide services to over 10,000 people nationwide with the objective of providing reassurance and support to older, disabled or vulnerable people allowing them to remain safely in their own home.

We help people to maintain independence by providing Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and a range of associated equipment that gives them the confidence of knowing that assistance is available at any time, 24 hours a day. Our care technology services provide peace of mind to you, your family, and your friends.

About the role

As the Administration Team Leader for Medequip Connect, you will support the operational delivery and development of Medequip Connect’s Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Administration teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Driving improvement and innovation across TEC Installation, Maintenance, and Response services to manage the referral and booking workflows.
  • Understanding the requirements of internal/external customers.
  • Representing the business well at external events and meetings.
  • Understanding TEC Services Association (TSA) Quality Standards to ensure compliance.
  • Supporting HR management of staff well-being, conduct, and performance.
  • Supporting recruitment for Operational Support Assistants and onboarding procedures.
  • Ensuring staff receive support, supervision, and appraisal.
  • Supporting formal 1-1’s, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintaining Health, Safety, Environmental compliance, and quality standards.
  • Supporting escalation for complaints, safeguarding, and concerns identified.
