Job summary

HCA Healthcare UK is seeking an Administration Supervisor for our Canary Wharf site in London. This full-time role (37.5 hours) involves managing the Front of House team and coordinating logistical tasks to deliver a first-class patient journey.

You will report to the Practice Manager, deputise when required, and travel to Glasgow quarterly with travel and accommodation paid. A minimum of two years in front-of-house/admin and strong GDPR/health and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ front of house or admin experience.
  • Ability to manage two Senior Receptionists.
  • Excellent customer service and staff/patients interaction.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, health and safety.
  • Able to work in a high-level corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure FOH meets objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to patient safety SOPs and codes of conduct per GDPR and HCA policies.
  • Mentor and develop FOH team; deputise for Practice Manager when required.
  • Collaborate with client account management and onsite clinical teams.

You will be responsible and accountable for the management of any logistical tasks and the Front of House (FOH) team within the onsite client clinic.You will be required to travel to Glasgow quarterly (travel and accommodation will be paid)You will ensure strong relationships with the HCA Primary Care FOH and administrative management teams, to deliver an effective, consistent service to the client.This is an interesting and exciting role where you will also collaborate with the client account management team and onsite clinical team to deliver a high-quality patient journey.You will report to the Practice Manager and be trained to deputise for them when required.
