Role: AdministratorLocation: The Portobello ClinicHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to FridayReports to: Practice ManagerType: Permanent, Salaried PositionSalary: £30,484 - £32,755, depending on experienceWe're looking for a Practice Co-ordinator to join our Primary Care Team based at The Portabello Clinic in Notting Hill.The Portabello Clinic is one of London's most prestigious GP clinics and it cares for a wide range of patients from all over the world, many of them well known VIP's. The practice remains traditional at heart.The is a very exciting one as you will work closely with a GP to support the care for their patients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of secretarial and administrative support in Primary Care. The team is friendly and you will enjoy working in our prestigious private clinic.You will have a calm, patient and polite telephone manner and you will have the ability to explain sometimes complicated processes to our patients. The role is interesting and challenging, you will be properly trained and supported working onsite in a small and friendly team. Their duties encompass a wide range of administrative, clerical, and organisational tasks.
