Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an Administration Manager to share leadership of the clerical and administrative services within the Children and Young People Division, ensuring operational delivery and day-to-day management in partnership with the current postholder.
The role covers Wrexham and Flintshire with travel between sites, and includes oversight of information systems, data reporting and service improvements to maintain high-quality administrative support for staff,
The Administration Manager will work in partnership with the existing postholder as part of a job-share arrangement, jointly leading the operational delivery and day-to-day management of clerical and administrative services within the Children and Young People Division under the direction of the Business Support Manager.
The postholder will share responsibility for the management and oversight of information systems, ensuring the provision, analysis and reporting of statistical and performance information to support the requirements of the Health Board and external partner agencies.
Working collaboratively with the existing Administration Manager, the postholder will contribute to the leadership, development and effective management of the administrative team. They will support service improvement initiatives, lead and manage change, and help ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality administrative services. Through effective communication, joint decision-making and comprehensive handovers, the postholder will maintain continuity of service and a seamless experience for staff, children, young people and families.
