• Proven experience leading an administrative, scheduling, or workforce coordination function.
• Strong people management skills including coaching, performance management and workload allocation.
• Experience designing and improving processes, systems, and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, resource deployment, and managing changing operational demands.
• Experience handling payroll inputs, expenses, travel, accommodation, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to produce management information and forecasts.

Working closely with Operations, Recruitment, Finance, Payroll, and HR, the role is responsible for workforce planning, process improvement, financial controls, and delivering accurate management information.
