Overview

Administration Lead to join our Administration team at HMP Foston Hall, a closed Prison located in Derbyshire.

HMP Foston Hall is a closed female prison with a capacity for 310. We are looking for an Administration Lead on a 2 year fixed term contract to oversee 4 administrators.

Hours

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £32,346 per annum FTE – depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As an Administration Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Responsible for working as part of the healthcare team to ensure provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial services for the Practice Plus Group healthcare delivery on site.
  • Leading the Administration Team in all managerial functions, including HR, training, competency and efficiency.
  • Ensuring effective management of clinics and rota template, monitoring DNAs/cancellations and duplicate/inefficient use of clinics; all referrals are managed efficiently and all data is available and up to date at all times.
  • You’ll also be responsible for supporting the Head of Healthcare in the preparation, distribution and recording of complaints. Supporting the performance lead in the collection of statistics and data; coordinate the monthly data and produce reports when required.
