Job summary

Colbern Limited in Brentford is seeking an experienced Social Media Officer for a 3-month contract. The role involves creating engaging content across platforms, writing posts and campaign messaging, and producing visuals for social media and internal communications.

The arrangement is 2–3 days in the office and the rest at home. You will also schedule, publish and optimise content, manage engagement, and maintain a professional, human tone in responses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts, with evidence of successful campaigns and content creation.
• Experience creating original social media content rather than simply distributing information.
• Experience moderating corporate social media channels, including responding to comments, managing sensitive discussions and protecting brand reputation.
• Strong understanding of social media listening and community management.
• Experience creating engaging written content, graphics, photography and video content.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and channels.
