Administration Assistant

Manchester City Centre

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday

My client, a North West based electrical and mechanical engineering contractor, boasts a prolific portfolio covering lighting, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, power, communications, security, and more. They offer services from conception and design to maintenance and emergency repairs.

Due to expansion, they are seeking an Administration Assistant to join a busy team, working directly with the Director. The ideal candidate will have experience in PA duties and industry experience.

The company is committed to growth through strong ethics and new projects. The successful candidate must adapt quickly, work collaboratively, and contribute to performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for visitors, emails, and phone calls
  • Scheduling meetings and reminders
  • Preparing reports and maintaining filing systems
  • Managing website and social media tasks
  • Liaising with staff, clients, and small works teams
  • Supporting the Small Works team with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring smooth office operations
  • Performing miscellaneous business support tasks
