A UK healthcare provider is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Oral Health promotion teams. This role involves maintaining stock levels, supporting clinical teams during outreach programmes, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to working in a busy environment while supporting various projects throughout Greater London. We are currently looking for a Admin Assistant to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the Oral Health promotion admin and clinical teams delivering a broad range of large‑scale community outreach programmes. You will act as an ambassador for the Service, promoting the highest standards of excellence in working practices.
