The Children’s Society in Torbay is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Check Point team. This permanent role offers a hybrid working pattern between home and our Torquay office base, with 28 hours per week.
You'll provide clerical and reception support, manage basic records, and help deliver an efficient administrative service across the South West offices. The role emphasizes confidentiality and a compassionate approach to safeguarding children.
Permanent with funding until 31st March 2027 with potential to extend beyond this depending on funding
28 hours per week - preferably covering 5 days Mon-Fri 5 or 6 hours each day.

About the role:
You’ll play a key part in our Admin service at Check Point, delivering an efficient and high quality administrative service across the South West offices by undertaking clerical, reception and practical duties in accordance with The Children’s Society's procedures.
We’re looking for an experienced, conscientious and enthusiastic admin assistantwith the ability to provide efficient and well-ordered administrative support to team colleagues, ensuring a high level of confidentiality is maintained, making a real impact in the lives of children and young people.
