  • Manual handling is an essential function of this role
  • Must have good administration and computer skills

Duties of this role include:

  • Assist in answering calls from customers
  • Utilise booking systems for loaning power tools and instrument sets between hospitals, theatres, and decontamination centers, and coordinate delivery to all sites
  • Communicate potential failures in power tool and instrument supply to the senior team
  • Coordinate repairs and service contracts as required
  • Order and coordinate storage of supplies to maintain adequate stocks
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by the Decontamination Manager and maintain timesheet records
  • Maintain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Promote and maintain health and safety within the department
  • Ensure activities comply with company policies and procedures
  • Complete all Learning Space modules timely
  • Be flexible to changing needs of the role and adapt accordingly
  • Perform other related duties as required
