Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic Accounts and Administration team? Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Administration Assistant. In this role, you will have the chance to assist with the finance teams, handle general administration duties, post invoices, input data, reconcile invoices, and chase incorrect payments.

Due to the location of my client, it is essential that you have a vehicle, no public transport available to site.

What you'll be doing:

  • Chasing incorrect payments, playing a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records.
  • Contributing to the wider administration function, assisting with IT-related tasks as needed.
