  • Provide attentive and responsive customer service, advising and driving sales of our Cosy products.
  • Coordinate inquiries from initial contact to order completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Cosy product range.
  • Utilise product knowledge and excellent communication skills to guide customers in their product selection.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise order potential and promote the Cosy brand professionally.
