  • Monitoring and managing the administration team’s shared inbox.
  • Processing and passing purchase invoices.
  • Handling Proof of Delivery documents (PODs).
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post.

Job Title: Administration Apprentice

Location: Crittall Road, Witham

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow within the role. No prior experience is necessary, but you’ll ideally bring the following:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel (desirable)
  • Recognised pass rate for GCSE in Maths and English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • A true team player
  • Please note: Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

As an Administration Apprentice, your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Monitoring and managing the administration team’s shared inbox
  • Processing and passing purchase invoices
  • Handling Proof of Delivery documents (PODs)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Raising charges and invoices for customers
  • Adding job-related costs and charges to our system
  • Carrying out any other reasonable tasks as requested by your line manager
