Job Title: Administration Apprentice

Location: Crittall Road, Witham

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop key administrative skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Skills And Qualifications To Succeed In This Role

We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow within the role. No prior experience is necessary, but youll ideally bring the following:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel (desirable)
  • Recognised pass rate for GCSE in Maths and English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • A true team player
  • Please note: Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

As an Administration Apprentice, your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Monitoring and managing the administration teams shared inbox
  • Processing and passing purchase invoices
  • Handling Proof of Delivery documents (PODs)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Raising charges and invoices for customers
  • Adding job-related costs and charges to our system
  • Carrying out any other reasonable tasks as requested by your line manager
