Job description

Job Title: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer - Bolton

Contract: until June 2025 with possibility of extension

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: £12.36, increasing to £12.53 after 12 weeks

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, motivated Admin Officer to support the admin team based in Bolton Court. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, correspondence, and telephone inquiries. The team also covers meetings across various teams and face-to-face meetings, where note-taking and action points are required. Additionally, you will produce reports as needed by the magistrates' committees. Training will be provided on all aspects of the role. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.

Requirements:
  • Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will undergo a 3-year referencing period and a DBS check.
