Administrative Assistant
Speke, Liverpool
£13.70 per hour
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:45
Friday: 08:30 – 15:45
Temporary – 3 months (potential to extend)
Office Based

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their busy operations team on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to be extended for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid admin experience and familiarity with warehouse or production environments.

Responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate data entry into production spreadsheets and internal systems
• Monitoring and updating batch progression through production areas
• Maintaining up-to-date status reports on production batches
• Preparing and issuing KPI reports and key statistics
• Generating and distributing reports via ERP system
• Printing and issuing production paperwork
• Identifying and suggesting improvements to systems/processes
• Assisting with stock queries and resolving stock discrepancies

Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Experience in a warehouse or production setting is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident user of Excel and capable with data entry/reporting
• Proactive communicator and effective team player
